A valid credit or debit card is required to book and hold all appointments. The card on file is used to enforce the cancellation policy and will only be charged when applicable. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). This fee is non-refundable. No-Call, No-Show: Failure to arrive for your appointment without contacting me will be considered a no-call, no-show. The card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). This fee is non-refundable. Repeated no-call, no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the service. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to your late arrival, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). This fee is non-refundable. I understand that true, unforeseen emergencies happen. If an unavoidable emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, the cancellation fee will still be charged and is non-refundable. However, at my discretion, part or all of the fee may be applied as a credit toward one future appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize Emily Maples Beauty Bar to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-call, no-show fees.
